I care about systems that work when the slide deck is over.

My background is rooted in enterprise IT, technical operations, infrastructure, connected systems, troubleshooting, automation, and the messy middle where technology meets actual people and business constraints.

Technical depth without losing the business problem.

I have spent more than two decades working across enterprise technology environments, including distributed support, infrastructure, identity, automation, security, IoT/edge systems, vendor coordination, and technical leadership.

I am particularly interested in work where the problem is not simply “install a product,” but understand the system, find the real constraint, reduce unnecessary complexity, and leave the operation stronger than it was before.
