Technology Lab

Projects, prototypes, architecture, and technical experiments.

This is the working side of the site: less résumé, more evidence. Each project is public, portfolio-safe, and designed to show how I think about systems, controls, reliability, and operations.

Automation Operations Platform

Reliable workflow platform with durable state, idempotency, retries, approvals, auditability, observability, hardened Docker, GitHub Actions, and AWS Terraform.

Demonstrates: TypeScript · PostgreSQL · APIs/Webhooks · Prometheus/Grafana · Docker · CI/CD · Terraform

Enterprise Identity Reference Architecture

Tenant-neutral Entra ID architecture covering joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle, SSO, group-based access, RBAC, privileged access, Conditional Access, emergency access, workload identities, audit, and incident response.

Demonstrates: Entra ID · IAM · RBAC · PIM concepts · Conditional Access · Zero Trust · PowerShell assessment

AI Model Longitudinal Lab

Multi-provider reference system for controlled prompts, repeat sampling, normalized storage, evaluator separation, longitudinal comparison, provenance, schema validation, and token/cost accounting.

Demonstrates: provider abstraction · experiment design · auditability · structured outputs · governance · reproducibility

IoT Edge Reference Architecture

Resilient connected-device architecture for BLE, RFID/UHF, NFC, Wi-Fi, cellular, intermittent connectivity, local buffering, deduplication, store-and-forward synchronization, telemetry, and power resilience.

Demonstrates: offline-first design · edge processing · event normalization · backhaul resilience · field reliability

PowerShell Admin Toolkit

Reusable PowerShell utilities for Windows administration, diagnostics, performance monitoring, health checks, structured reporting, and operational troubleshooting.

Demonstrates: PowerShell · diagnostics · monitoring · structured output · safe reusable automation

Email Domain Security Audit

Passive PowerShell security utility for assessing SPF, DMARC, DKIM, MX, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and public DNS posture with structured findings, severity, evidence, and remediation guidance.

Demonstrates: defensive security · DNS analysis · email authentication · structured reporting · PowerShell

Current capability should be visible, not implied.

A résumé can show where someone has worked. It is much weaker at showing how they think today.

The Lab exists to make architecture judgment, technical depth, operational reasoning, documentation habits, and current hands-on development visible without exposing employer or customer systems.

Public enough to inspect. Sanitized enough to be responsible.

The public repositories are reference implementations and generalized tools. They do not contain former-employer source code, customer data, credentials, private tenant information, proprietary device configurations, internal network details, or production secrets.
